Interested in the class action lawsuit against drive financial if there is one. The company gave me a simple intrest laon and never said that was the type of loan they were giving me. High intrest rates, call 5 times a day, hang up on me if they dont hear what they want to. Dont send me anything in the mail that i request after telling me that there sending it. The company can't refinance after telling me they could at the beginning of my loan. Dont offer defferment's. Then they won't take $800 off pay off if i paid it that day. And told me that i could send them the whole pay off amount but that i was not gariented to get my title. Their best advise was to surrender me vehicle and they will sell it and give me a bill for the rest left over.
