On 12/8 I had my 1999 Mazda 626 towed to AAMCO in Roslindale, MA using the free towing and diagnostic test that was offered, to have the transmission rebuilt. I went to AAMCO and talked to Ted who stated he'd view it and contact me back later that evening. Before leaving I questioned just how long the job might consider Ted explained I'd possess the vehicle back prior to the end-of the next week. Ted didn't contact me back that evening, and so I named Ted 12/9, to find out what was going on, how much it was going to price. Whenever we talked within the telephone Ted explained the job was returning along great, and that I must have the vehicle by 12/16.in the period the vehicle was in the store I'd occasionally visit to test on the improvement of the job, by which I had been provided a myriad of tales by Ted who used to do not think when I experienced the vehicle wasn't being done. On 12/16 after I named I had been informed by Ted it had been not completed and he'd contact me 12/19. Used to do not notice from Ted, and so I named him on 12/19around 12:30 pm to discover when the vehicle was prepared I had been informed by Ted he might contact me back around 3pm by which he didn't, and so I named at 3:34 pm simply to be informed by Ted he'd possess the vehicle for me personally on Tuesday. At this time I had been exhausted calling, and so I turned up in the shop on 12/21, to obtain the vehicle, and was informed he had one of his true technicians done the car until 7pm the Friday evening so when it had been test-driven an issue was discovered and he'd to consider the indication back out and deliver it to a different shop to obtain it examined by somebody in the additional store. Again Ted guaranteed he'd possess the vehicle prepared from the end-of the week and might contact me by having an update which he didn't. On 12/22 I went to the store so when educated concerning the improvement of the vehicle was informed by Ted they was an issue using the torque converter. After I requested when that might be set I had been informed by Ted there is 70% probability I'd contain it by 12/23, if that didn't occur he might set me in a rental for that weekend and might withhold it from my $2580.00 bill that involved 2 axles 1 @ 54.99 & 1@. 99,2 supports 1@. 99 & 1@. 99, and 2 swaybar links @ 29.56 each he stated he'd have a few hundred bucks down, consequently of the trouble. For the occasions I've visited the store I've not once observed my vehicle about the raise plus they are six pulls within the storage. On my way house I examined my vehicle, to determine if my wheel-lock key was where it had been said to be it didn't seem like mine, and so I named the store back, simply to be informed by David that Ted was having a client and also to contact back in 10 mins. I got home i examined my wheels to locate that I was lacking the two top lugs using the lock and again I named the store back, simply to talk to Joe that point who set me on-hold and somehow we got disconnected at this time I'm mad trigger today I am back within the vehicle and also the heat measure isn't shifting. Again I call-back to go over this-but was placed on store simply to be disconnected. I got the vehicle back again to the store on 12/26, I talked to Ted concerning the heat gauge no longer working and also the absent lugnuts the lugnuts where there and he'd the single technician which was operating in the time hook them up to but informed that it had been not really a good-time, to check on the temperature measure. I had been advised to create the vehicle back on 12/27 but used to do not overcome there, and so I got it again on 12/28 around 11:30 am, to become informed by Ted it had been too late and he was brief team. The vehicle began providing difficulty to begin and that I believed it was the battery and so I leaped it so when it begin it began smoking and coolant began dripping, by which Ted arrived and explained to close it off them set it the storage and had his single technician have a look at it. The vehicle was placed on the raise and examined and Ted returned and explained it had been my time gear and that I would need to abandon the vehicle there-but he'd not have the ability to understand without a doubt until Friday when there could be several technician on-duty. Nicely after having my vehicle there for more than 2 months with Ted not speaking with me I had been not making it where there do not appear to understand what they're doing. Therefore to create a lengthy history short I'd my vehicle towed to some friendis technician, who stated there's coolant within the combustion chamber, that's why the motor turn-over but wont begin. Therefore after investing all that money-less than the usual week I'm unable to use my vehicle.
