Takes three days to finish U-joints and did not call me on day one or two to let me know that my vehicle would not be ready when they said it would on day one

The guys at Firestone took three days to install four U-Joints in my Dodge Ram 1500. I upset me the most is that they did not call me to let me know that my truck would not be ready when the promised (they promised it would be done the same day I dropped it off).
