Van did not start. Was told to tow vehicle to PLJ on 1/5/09. Arrived at 9:30 am and told that I would be informed of the problem that afternoon. I did not hear from them until I called at 5:30 pm and I was told someone would call me the following day. I received a call at 9:45 on 1/6/09 and told that the fuel pump and the starter needed to be replaced for 632.00. I asked how much for just the pump and was initially quoted 340.00. I called back 15 min later and was informed that if I did not want to get it fixed today I would be charged 75.00 for gas, 2 quarts of oil and 2 quarts of tranny fluid which I did not request. I agreed to the fuel pump replacement but was charged 367.00 which included 30.00 for fluids. My gas gauge had not moved from where it was when it was towed which makes me question if the other fluids were actually added.
