Ground Dynamics
Sent a defective product, the company agreed to a refund. 3 months later. Nothing. Wont return my calls

Ground Dynamics stole my money. A refund was promised by them after they agreed the car product they sent me was extremely defective. I have attempted to talk to someone but they never let you talk to a live person, always voicemail. Several emails and phonecalls later. Nothing.
They have $321.00 of mine and won't return it. I have no choice but to take them to small claims court.
