I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it had a few problems in which upon purchase were brought to dealerships attention, so I kept on calling and finally Bert returned my call and accepted no responsibility in fixing issues of car. My vehicle has several issues including a problem when started cold. The vehicle jumps until warmed up and according to this gentleman Bert they will not fix problem becuase he states" I sell cars" then my power sterring pump broke, battery died, transmission jumps when changing from 2nd to 3rd gear. I have to pay for all these fixtures out of pocket with no support from dealer but yet they are so sure when they sell vehicle that they even offer lifetime warranty on engine and transmission as long as I own the car but they are not backing up what they market. Consumers beware and if you consider purchasing from this dealer do your homework first and do not make same mistake as me. If you investigate there are several allegations against this dealership from other consumers with same complaints.
