Purchased a 2001 Saturn S2 from Capital Auto Brokers on 9/22. As soon as we got home we noticted a problem with the transmission. Contacted JB at the dealership and brought the car back. We were given a "WE OWE' to have some transmission work done on the vehicle. Left the vehicle there to have the work done but when leaving noticed the exact same problem with the transmission. Contacted JB and was told that he would call the service dept and get back with me. This continued on for months with JB NEVER calling back.
When time came for the vehicle to be inspected I was informed that the vehicle number did not match the VIN number. I was never informed that the engine has been replaced. Still NO transmission work was done. JB was still to call back (which never happened.) Finally the vehicle will no longer move and I had to purchase another vehicle as I need it to get back and forth to work.
Finally received a call from JB and he told me to call the finance company? This was for them to approve more money to be added to the cost of the car so I could repair or replace the transmission. They NEVER honored their "we owe" paperwork. NO phone calls returned... Do NOT do any business with this scam place. According to the finance company they now refuse to work with this dealership as they have has toooooo many complaints. The vehicle has now been voluntarily returned!!!
