They charged my credit card for extended warranty and I went to use the service and they no longer have the phone numbers I have listeed for them. They never returned my fees

I needed to use the service and they no longer answer their phones.
I was not told that they are ano longer in bussiness nor did I receive a refund of my extended warranty payments/fees.
