I still not have received my re-reimbursement check for authorization #29081421 which was submitted 3 months ago. It has been almost 2 months now. I was told by Nancy, Diane, Tracy, and Jean (left at least 20 messages), and others on various occasions that it has been sent. Last week, I was told it was sent on Monday. Called back last Thursday, I was told it was sent that morning priority mail. Now it's three weeks later and again NO CHECK.
This was originally supposed to be sent in August and it is now December 1. Please advise as this is the second time this has happened (first time it took 2 months too authorization #28123132)— and I am poised going to file a complaint with the BBB for false advertisement.
