Our car would not start we had it towed to this company which they say is free with repair or affordable, Neither is true. They had our car for about a week and when they said it was done and we needed to come get it or they would charge us to keep it overnight. So we went to pick it up. We get there and the hood is still up the tires are flat they are still working on the car. Keep in mind they told us it was done and that we live about 20 miles away. Not only that but when they said they would give us a warranty and a receipt they did not. They said their printer was not working. So we payed them what we owed and still a small amount was left due to them finding something else after they accepted the 1st payment. However not even a few miles from their shop the car starts to over heat. They were rude about coming to take care of the problem said it was just because the fluids went through the system and they needed to be replenished. So they filled those. Once we got the car home it was working however it was having a hard time starting which was the problem that we took it in for to begin with. We call them and they tell us well bring it back in and we will take a look at it. However they want to charge us for towing again and a service visit. We decline this. We already spent over a thousand dollars trying to get this car fixed and now they want more money. They still have not gotten us our receipt and refuse to send it they say we have to come pick it up and will not get it till we pay the remaining balance which was not in the original quote... I am so upset with this service and seriously out of alot of money and my car is still broken. Do not go to this repair shop bad customer service. Unprofesional. Extremely dishonest... I will never ever take any vehicle I own to this location even if they are the last repair shop available I would pay a few hundered to haul it out of Maricopa to a trusted mechanic...
