I had put $5,000 into payments on my car. I recieved a call from my new account manager (vanessa), mind you i went through 3 before. She was really rude demanding my payment. I let her know i was unaware of that my account had a zero balance due to my card being used for internet purchases that wasnt from me. I explained to vanessa i would call her backl after i spoke with my bank. She insisted someone had been to my place and she had left messages, but i never recieved anything. I was behind only one payment and getting ready to make my next. I went to work on a friday. I work in the middle of no where about 10miles out of town. When i came back from a meeting in tucson at 7:30pm my car was gone. I called my buildings secretary and she stated no one had called or came in looking for me that entire day.
When i called cnac they were really rude accusing me of lying about not recieving any messages, the guy had told me i could pick up my belongings anytime i wanted, due to my house key and all my daughters clothes being in my car. They werent supposed to be on the property due to it being private property and they didnt even have the common courtesy to let me know they were taking my car. I went the following day to get my belongings and vanessa was really rude stating i had to wait until mon. Me and my two young children were locked out of our apartment for the whole weekened with 2outfits. When i went to pick up my belongings i just wanted to leave. I had also noticed my papers scattered everywhere in my car. When i got home i noticed some of my belongings missing. When i called to ask about my belongings that dumb girl stated "we're not responsible for items left in vehicle" they did dirty business and practicly robbed me! They are scum and i would not take my car back...
