We bought a car from JD Byrider almost 2 years ago, financed through CNAC out of Indy IN. Sat. They called me to say that our payment was 6 days late and the letter that I gave them stating that I would make 2 payments that week, 4 days from then. He demanded that either payment be made in the Ft wayne office within 1/2 hour or they would come and pick up my car, that their truck was only 1/4 mile from my house.
After I said yes, I'll take you a payment right now, he said that is was not a matter of payment anymore, That my husband dis-respected him by yelling at him. And now even if we made the payment, he was still picking up the car. He also stated that he was in the Ft wayne office to me on the phone, I went straight there, and he was NOT there, and never was. He lied to me.
I called him from that office and then he said no, I was never there, I just said thqat to get your attention. I made the payment, and stated that no one better touch my car, that by the way is almost paid for now.
They are nice in the start of the loan, then the closer you get to paying the high costs off, the more rude they get. They just try to repo the car to re-sell it at a higher price after getting your payments. This company sucks! I am paying my car off real soon and will never recommmend them to anyone. They are rude, lie to you, take advantage, use force, etc. Beware!!!
