If you are an attorney or know of an attorney who will volunteer their time to rid the community of the discrimination given to the unfortunate people who needed cars and were lured into chaney's used cars, please tell them not only will they be doing a good deed but will be making a name for themselves by fighting such injustice.
What we have is an organized plot to steal from the customers to make a very lucrative business out of raping the public.
They set up the less fortunate to fail by asking for 2-3ooo down and payments of every 2 weeks.in a very short time, they have recovered the total cost they paid for each vehicle they have on their lot. When you work paycheck to paycheck, during a months time if one thing happens to put you behind, you have the opportunity to catch up and get you r car payment in.By being forced to pay every 2 weeks, you are destined to fail. Once you are a day or two late, the mob chaney's repo your car. They are not repoing the car because they are worried you are not going to pay. They repo it to re-sell it for a bigger profit. They turn cars over constantly and never return the money due the customer. Some of these customers like a previous posting paid reguarly for over a year and they were almost paid up, then they got a day or two behing and the vehicle was repoed. They owed very little on their vehicle and the vehicle was sold for 10,000 more than they owed. That 10,000 was moeny they are obligated to return to the customer. Chaney's never have and never will return a dime to the customers. This is fraud. This is stealing. This is a crime. Since it is a plot with all 3 chaney brothers to scam and rob these people, we need a voice to help out. If all of the attorneys in avon park florida are too afraid to go up against these people, can we ask that a neighboring attorney in another county please volunteer? Many of these people are struggling just to be able to wrok and support their families and cannot afford this type of loss. If theri money was returned they could go out and get another car.
The more we hurt our fellow man by allowing this type of unethical business to operate, the more we are contributing to our economy's demise.
Let's get everyone we can to take a look at this company and what they are not doing legally. They are not only thieves but are ridicously cruel about how they treat their customers. Once they have your money, they do not care one bit about what you have to say.
Do not just give up, ask an attorney to help -to volunteer to stop these crooks and their crooked dealings. While it is not illegal to repo your car, it is illegal the way they set you up and have no intention to pay you for the profit they make on you.
It is your money-do not give it to them. Get together with anyone and everyone that has ever been ripped off by these criminals. Picket them out front of their business so everyone is warned and call every attorney in the area and neighboring areas. Write your congressman, senators, mayor, governor, president, everybody and if you are reading this and are an attorney, please help. Please go after these people who are worse than armed robbers. One of the brothers said they have the local officials in their pockets and there is nothing anyone can do. Not true. Find the right person who will go after these crooks and make them condcut thier business in a respectable manner and not like the mob who once they have you in their clutches, rob you until you have nothing left. Even what is rightfully yours.
