I filed a claim with Farm Bureau Insurance on September 9 my car was stolen... I have been with this company for almost ten years if not ten years, I have always paid my premium and never been cancelled or late it took them almost two months to review my claim and on November 3 the claim adjuster Jason Kellar called me at work to tell me that my claim was denied and that my insurance would expire immediatly. I had to leave work to drive back to Flint to return the car to Enterprise Car Rental. At the time of loss I was fully covered and have continue to maintain full coverage. I am outraged with the customer service that I have recieved. And I am telling everyone who uses this company to hope and pray that they never have a claim they have to file, because the results you will recieve are horrible.
