Hi, I realized other people were having problems with Creditexpert.com and I wanted to join in to voice my claim. I have been getting charged 12.95 monthly for creditexpert.com credit reports and I have only requested a one-time free report from experian. I did not request monthly service.
I called to cancel my "subscription" and to get a refund, and will continue to keep in touch with the users of complaint in case there is a class action suit. Tired of being ripped off!
Here's to getting some of our cash back.
