On 6-12-07, hired Dash Auto Movers to ship a vehicle from La. To Az. Found Dash Auto movers on Yahoo search for auto transporters. Dashs adv. Stated that they offerred great customer service, a money back guarantee for the service we promise and full insurance for your vehicle with zero deductible. I paid 500.00 extra to ship the car in a enclosed trailer to avoid damage.
Dash hired a company called Premier Hot Shot Auto Transport to ship vehicle. I received a call on 6-18-07 from dealer in La. That the car was being picked up by Hot Shots. Dealer had concerns that the trailer was to full and car would be tight in trailer. I talked to the driver Troy Ansley and he said plenty of room. He also said he would be in Az the next day (1400 miles).
On 6-19-07, Troy called and said he was in AZ and would be at my house in a couple of hours. He also said that car was damaged because of hid hitting a bump and the car hit the tailgate of the trailer. He brought the car to my house and there was a scratch in the rear bumper approx 5 inches. The scratch was also in the two stripes that run down the bumper. He said he stpopped at a body shop to see about having it fixed but they couldn't do it but had removed part of the stripes. He told me to get a estimate and they would send me a check as soon as he got back to Fl. Got a estimate the next day for 830.91 and faxed/called Hot Shots.
After 2 weeks of failed promises I called Dash. Dash told me to have car fixed and they would get the money for me but have failed to live up to their promise. (Michael, CEO of Dash) I have called Dash numerous times and am told they are working on it and will call me back the next day but never do. It is now over 90 days and still no payment.
