The companies customer service is anything but acceptable. I called to get my freezer fixed. Its been over a week and do not have an appointment scheduled and have not heard from them.in the process of trying to make the appointment, I've been hung up on more than twice and they do not call back. If my food goes bad before they come out to service my freezer, they will not cover the cost of the spoiled food even though it is their responsibility to service their warranties in a timely fashion. It may be a month before they are here and don't seem to care.
Personally I recommend going to another compnay. I've found that often times other companies have better customer service and are cheaper. Win: Win.
Don't waste your time or frustration with Sears. They went bankrupt for a reason.
