Mr. Crossley has done great fiancial harm to our family and we haven't heard from him in more than 1 year despite repeated promises to repay (e.G. 03/12/08,03/20/08,03/31/08,05/28/08,06/20/08) me after he sold me an auto collision repair business - Brighton Collision, 9979 Weber, Brighton, MI, 48116 - in 01/08 after he had filed bankruptcy for that same business in 11/07.
It has been a giant financial headache, taken much of our savings (@ $97.000), and cost hours of paperwork. Recently, 18 months after the transaction, more paperwork from Mr. Crossley's unpaid creditors, which now totals $150,000 in addition to my investment.
Neither the business broker who sold the business (Captial 1 Commercial Group in Farmington Hills, MI), nor their recommended attorney who drew up the agreement, caught Crossley's deception.
The court attorney who closed the business, Collene Corcoran, 248-969-9300, treated me like dirt, and I was the victim!
An FBI agent called me out of the blue six months after the business was closed with interest in federal charges against Paul, but I have yet to hear more after giving my deposition.
