I purchased a lock for my tailgate. I bought the wrong lock. The mistake was admittedly mine so I wrote the company and asked before I returned it. They gave the green light and I sent the lock back the following day. Thanks to USPS tracking I know they received the lock 2 days later. I waited 10 days without a peep. I called the company multiple times. I wrote them multiple e-mails. It took them 2 days to get back to me. They told me the refund had JUST been issued and would show up on my card in 3-5 days.in the mean time I bought the right part from the same company. It has now been over a month since I returned the item. NO refund has been issued. To top it all off, the replacement item I ordered has not even been shipped (11 days after ordering). Essentially, assuming I never receive a refund, with shipping is included this company has stolen $125.00 from me. The only one who answers the phone is the answering machine, and they have been ignoring my e-mails.
