Ordered a single item from this company via their website on June 9th of 08. I never received any response from them so I contacted the company again a few days later. The staff stated that my order had been transferred from the Canadian web site to the US web site and that my order had been shipped. They were "very sorry for the delay in shipping."
A week goes by and I received nothing. I contact them again, this time I'm told that the item never shipped! In fact, they were not sure if the item was even in stock or available. I was told that I'd receive a phone call by the end of the day with my order status.
Nothing, no phone call or any communication. I call back the next day, I am told the item was in stock and has shipped out. This time I'm told that the delay in shipping was *my fault* because I placed the order on the wrong web site. However the web site both belong to the same company and sell the same products.
I wait another week and decide to call back since the item has not arrived. This is now the end of June! The person on the phone says the obvious, my order was never shipped. I asked whether or not they even had the item in question and he couldn't give me an answer. He said he could transfer me to the customer service department so we could straighten the mess out. I get put on hold for 10 minutes before being transferred to an answering machine. I leave a message and try to call again. No one picks up the phone, no one responds to my message.
I call back the next day and demand to know what is going on. No one knows if they have the item or what happened with my order. They finally offer a refund which I accept. They say I'll get a credit within the next days.
Guess what? No refund shows up in my account. I call back yet again. They again say I'll be given a refund immediately. Two days and nothing.
I call back again today. The guy I speak to says that a refund was issued yesterday but it takes a few days to show up. As of yet, nothing has been posted. I am still waiting for a refund.
This company is the biggest mess I have ever witnessed. No one knows what is going on. No one appears to be in charge. They cannot even stay on top of a single item order or issue a refund for that matter. They didn't even have the good business sense to contact me and tell me the item was not shipped.
They don't deserve your business and they'll never get mine again. I want my refund.
