I bought a Baby Lock Surger/Serger 02-02-06 with the voucher information for a full refund of my price of $1,949.00. You had to follow the instructions of mailing a filled in voucher certified mail with in 14 days of purchasing said item. Which I did and I had a return receipt. This was signed and returned to me. You had to send in several items (sales receipt, certified mail receipt that you send the first voucher etc) to complete the process between the end of the 35 month and within 30 days of end of said 35 month. I mailed mine in certified mail on 02-03-09 with a requested return receipt. On 02-11-09 I received my mail back from the USPS on the front of envelope there is a yellow sticker that says" Return to sender Refused Unable to forward" The post office here in my town made me sign that I had received it back.
I too have been ripped off by this company.
