Difference policies for Debit Card user that received paper untitlies bills and pay bills on line

Why does Enterprise have different standard for debit card user? I contacted the Enterprise in Dearborn to rent a car. I was told that I need a current bill with no past due a check stub and the total amount on my debit card. I had everything except for a paper bill. I do all my payments on line. I went to the Dearborn location and I was allowed to call my bill up on line. It showed by current amount and no past due amount. I was then ask to see my payment history. If I had a paper bill it would not have showed my payment history and I would have be able to rent a car to attend my daughter wedding. I think that this is un fair to customer that pay their bills on line. The customer with paper bills were not ask to for a payment history.
