One Stop Motors SCAM They promise the world, but deliver a spec of dirt

I was contacted by Brian O regarding the trailer I was trying to sell and he promised services that One Stop Motors supposedly provided. I was told that my vehicle will be posted on over 20 web sites and that if it doesn't sell within 1 month, they will renew the postings and advertisement at their expense (for the most part). It seems that the only advertisement that I was able to find is on 2 free pages and 1 on their own web page. I was told that I was suppose to provide my pictures and my description of the vehicle as I am responsible for that information, I never provided any information or pictures to One Stop Motors. I don't know how they found the information that they used in the ads, but it definitely was not provided by me, therefore as far as I am concerned they were false advertising.

When I tried to contact them 2 days after signing up for their service, I was ignored. I left 4 messages to the sales rep Brian and to their customer service and no one ever replied. When I tried to get my money back for lack of promised service, my credit card told me that OSM has a no refund policy and they can't help me.

In the 4 months that the trailer has been advertised by One Stop Motors, I didn't get 1 potential buyer... They hiked the price $3,000 over what it's worth. No wonder no one is interested. It seems that the company doesn't make the money from financing as they claim but from ripping people of charging them $400 - $500 just to post it on Free web sites. I could have done that myself.

I strongly disagree with the rebuttals that are available on this site saying that the company is honest and you are safe to do business with them... Only if you have $500 to throw away, because I strongly believe they couldn't sell a car even if their life depended on it.

The scam with search engines finding the posting and putting them at the top of the search is such a lie. You will show up at the top only if whoever is using your exact product and uses the exact words that are in the posting...

Trust me, save yourself few hundred dollars and use Craigslist, it's free easy and gets your vehicle sold, FAST.

Sincerely
