Enterprise charged me $25.00 extra per day on optional insurances which I did not authorize and it put me broke on a long term rental. Where is your Corporate Customer Relations Dept.? I was lied to by a salesperson that it was not optional and the insurances were put on without my authorization. The dishonesty is about making commisions.
