I rented a car from Enterprise for 16 days. At the time of rental I told the rental agent, more than one time, that I did not want the insurance. She told me that if I didn't want the insurance I should sign and initial in the places she indicated on the contract. She rushed me through the process and I didn't see that she had had me initial the section that said I did want insurance. When I turned the car in, the rental amount was almost double due to the insurance charges! They have refused to make this right and remove the extra charges. I feel that I was tricked.
