I requested an effort supply of Acai Berries on 1/8/09. I named to stop the merchandise 1/23/09 after I observed a money from my banking account and didn't understand what it had been for. They terminated my consideration exactly the same evening and mentioned I'd get a complete reimbursement of $87.13 since no additional item was delivered in my experience. I had been advised I'd get a reimbursement back to my banking account in the card # that I used-to spot my trial within 7-10 business days. I had been informed the reimbursement was prepared on 2/2/09 and to check with my lender easily didn't obtain it. I've now been calling them-and my lender each week since that time and that I keep being informed that my lender isn't providing me the reimbursement and they have previously prepared my reimbursement and they can't do other things for me personally. I still haven't obtained a reimbursement and my lender can't procedure a reimbursement to my consideration if you find no credit displaying. I actually donot understand what else to complete to obtain my cash back. I called again 3/11/09 and required a notice be sent in my experience using the day of my purchase, day of termination, reimbursement quantity and also the card # it had been acknowledged to become ready to try my lender, but I actually donot understand if that will assist.
