Requested a television and stay worth £615.44 on 10th january 09 obtained a mail saying I ought to obtained in 5-10 times. Week later called them up and was informed is likely to be another week, week later called up and was informed another week, this continued till 6th february 09 and so I ended on that day and was informed I'd obtain reimbursement in 5 days, week later called up and was informed could be another 5 days, and so I delivered a registered notice informing them-they have 30 days from 6th february to pay for up. I've called them 3 more occasions and delivered 4 more emails but still no reimbursement! Additionally whenever you ring them up they simply reduce you down whenever you state the term reimbursement. I goggled grievances about electrosaver and created websites worrying about that organization not providing reimbursement! Don't buy from this store!!
