I am one of the thousands that have transmission failures. Ford is aware of the multitudes that have this problem and does nothing about it. I called 800 392 3673. They acknowledge they have complaints but dont offer any help. I will never buy a Ford again. The foreign mfgs stand behind their vehicles but Ford does not.
