Heritage Ford charged me twice for a oil change. I called them and spoke with Rosemary. She said it was not her fault, she blamed the bank. I requested that she refund me my money and she replied " That she would see what she could do and hung up on me" My husband and I drove to the dealership and requested to speek to a manager. The lady at the front desk said they were out. I demanded to settle this right away and that I wan't to speek to someone.
A man by the name of — came and got us and baught us to his office. I told him our story and said I would not leave without my refund. He came back with a recipt, date, credit card number and said it was taken care of. I went home and checked the status of our checking account and it still hasn't been refunded. I called to talk to Rosemary and she wasn't in. I than spoke to the gentleman that assisted us and he said he would check into it and I still haven't heard from him.
Just think if they did this to alot of people how much money they would make.instead of paying 28.73 in a oil change we paid 57.46. What a rip off. Neiter on of these employees seem to care either. What customer service which I give no credit to these people for. The sad part of it is that 4 years ago we spent 32,000.00 on a car at this place and this is the kind of respect and service we get. Lets stop this now and spread the word..
