I was prepared to convince UPS of the legitimacy of my recently denied claim until I read, on this review board, some others similar experiences and then I realized forget it. They are not going to pay. They don't have to, there is no one policing UPS. The bigger question is why is this tolerated by the U. S government who is supposed to protect us from unfair business practices... Especially a big company like UPS. Shame on them and shame on Crawford and company
