I have spoken to several individuals as a consultant and an Executive of our C0-OP Board who are victims of UPS and their insurance fraud. They were cited for insurance fraud 5 years ago and they remain guilty and doing business as usual.
If you are not big-business they will destroy your possessions and will not pay insurance claims, even though you pay extra for insurance. They do not provide packing material so they simply deny your claim using the same pat statement over - and - over.
Claim Denied due to improper packaging.
Don't use or do business with organiztions that use ups... Don't support this corrupt contemptable behavior because you have rights if we stand together. Take a stand. File a claim with consumer services, small claims court, and your district attorney.
