Triad Financial believes they can violate the law and get away with it. The company teaches their collectors unethical collection acts in which the employees believe they are in the right.
According the FTC (Federal Trade Comission) and the United States Code 1692c (c), When a company is order "not to contact" you, under Federal Law they are to obide by it. Furthermore, collection acts are prohibited from being conducted at a persons place of employment.
With verification of proof that an order of "not to contact" was made, and proof that the company violated the order may subject the company to paying $1000.00 fine for each occurance.
Triad Financial is known for breaking this law. I have verification in which will prooves this company may be facing 30 counts of contact, records of their employees calling customers at the job, and testimonies from their employees stating the vehicles were "CHARGED OFF", by which is illegal to the IRS for them to add additional late charges and other fees.
Their corruptive business practices must be stopped. I am opening a case against them in the Federal Court House in Baltimore. If anyone else has issues with this company, then please handle matters the correct way and file legal complaints within the FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM.
