January my car was repossed by Triad Financial because according to them i was 90 days past due. I had three months left for my car to be paid in Full. My car notes where $350.00 a month. I owed approximately $950.00 dollars and with late fees which probably put me at $1200. A week before the possession of my car i wired $200.00 quick collect to Triad financial.
The year is now 2007 and Traid financial is after me for $7,000 for this car i orginally owed $1,200.00 for which they repossed. I am currently filing a complaint against them with the attorney general in three states Chicago, California, and Minnesota for their collection practices.
