My wife and I have filed suit in Federal court (Northern District Illinois) against Triad and Several repossession companies. We are looking for anyone who has had problems with Triad and repo companies hired by Triad. The Law firm representing us would be very interested in any information you can provide about your experience with Triad. We would be most interested if you live in or around the Chicago area or in Illinois, but any and all information no matter where you are located will help. Hopefully with the great forum provided by usacomplaints.com and the support of other consumers who have been screwed by Triad we can put a stop to the unscrupulous practices of these companies.
