Triad Financial Sucks! Let me explain:
In 2002 I obtained a loan from RoadLoans for a new truck. Everything is fine, payments are always made on time.
Fast forward to 2005 and the Hurricane comes. At this point I call and get a deferment. According to Triad it will be put on the back of the loan. That never happens. Come to find out it was a one month deferment only. The idiot I talked to specifically said 4 months.
Fast forward to January. Triad Financial is calling my house no less than 5 times a day wanting a payment! For wanting money, they're pretty damn rude. This is when I find out that my deferment never was placed although I called in no less than once per 30 days to confirm this.
I finally make a payment. The next day guess who calls at 730 am. Triad Financial. Guess who calls 4 more times that day? Triad Financial. Remember the day before I made a payment.
Guess who calls me no less than 4 times a day for the next 2 weeks? YUP! Triad financial! I argue with them because they've been told not to call me anymore.
I finally pay off the damn loan because I'm sick and tired of Triad Financial. Ten days after the loan is paid for guess who keeps calling me? YUP TRIAD FINANCIAL!
I tell the idiots that the loan is paid off. Obviously their computers aren't updated or something. I sent certified funds to pay off the loan, it's not my problem that their computers aren't updated! These people at Triad are the scum that walks the earth@
My loan with them has been paid off now for over 2 weeks and they still call me no less than 4 times a day!
I urge you never use Triad Financial / RoadLoans or any similar institution for a loan. They suck! I'm telling you it doesn't matter if you're one day late, they will call you and call you and call and call you and use illegal tactics to get in touch with you! For instance they called my neighbor to get my new home number! Now that is illegal! They've done this twice!
My loan is paid off and triad still calls everyday! Guess what they want a payment over the phone! Yeah right!
