This individual sold me on ebay an 2002 Toyota Avalon remote control for $12.49, including postage, that was inoperable. He didn't keep his agreement of issuing a refund if I sent it back to him, so I spent an additional $2.51 in postage. He deliberately delayed giving me information so that the time for recourse would run out. He has a 100% feedback score, but he is NOT an honest person. It is because I had no other means of recourse that I am filing this complaint. Buyers should beware when dealing with this individual. His ebay store and user name on ebay is kentucky. Cards
