This site advertises both used and new remotes.
We bought a NEW Remote and PAID for it immediately.
They sent a used remote. THEN, when you give them a "neutral" feedback remark on Ebay they leave you a negative one.
They lie about your complaint. They said that they sent me a NEW remote in Plastic.
There wasn't any plastic within 100 miles of this remote!
It was USED with a scratch on it, (albeit in decent shape), UNWRAPPED placed in a brown envelope with instructions on how to program your USED remote. (I understand that just because the instructions said used, doesn't mean that it is). BUT IT WAS!
They do tremendous volume, but still get about 15 complaints a month on ebay.
Look for another seller of remotes before buying. There are sites that sell real 'new" remotes for the same price.
