My ebay sellers account was restricted from selling due to 3 complaints on delayed shipping and a con artist lying. I sold items and unfortunately had a medical emergency arrise. I was hospitalized for emergency surgery so I could not ship right away. I notified the buyers as soon as I could. I completed all transactions even refunded money and sent many extra's for the delay and what do I get negative feedback and an account restriction.
I emailed ebay trust and safety and explained what happened on my end but do they want to hear it? NO. I have to wait 30 days and maybe they will reinstate my selling... But only if I have positive feedbakc form he buyers. I have 3 buyers who have not left any feedback on previous transactions... I can not make people leave feedback. And the feedeback system sucks. Buyers can no longer get negative feedback. Just sellers can get it. We can not alert people to bad buyers... Ebay treats there sellers very unfairly.
Come on ebay wise up before we all start leaving... No sellers then no buyers and then no eBay.Us sellers are what keeps eBay going without us there is no eBay!!
