All of you Ebay users out there, BEWARE!!! Safe Harbor and paypal WILL NOT POLICE THIS USER!
This person ripped me off over a auction, I reported the item as not recieved and I left negative feedback. Ebay and Paypal drug thier heels and made me jump through hoops and then said too much time had elapsed for me to file a complaint. User then contacted me and said that if I would withdraw negative feedback he would issue refund. Still no refund.
