We took our RV to Holland Motor Homes to repair our 2 year old Norcold refrigerator, that Norcold wouldn't honor the warranty on. Holland removed the refrigerator, tore holes in the ceiling, repaired the refrigerator, and re-installed it. Three and a half months later, we were traveling and woke up to a flood. We found a small pin hole in the water line that goes to the ice maker. It had soaked throught all of my kitchen cabinets before flooding our entire RV. We took our RV back into Holland. When they called and told us we could pick up our RV after having it for 2 weeks, they simply said our RV was done and ready for pick up. When we went to pick up our RV the service manager told us, "The work that we did on the refrigerator only had a 3 month warranty, so the damage and repairs are not our problem." We tried everything to get them to do the right thing and to repair the damage that they had caused. We finally gave up!
