I incurred a total transmission failure and was left stranded in an active intersection in downtown Kansas City, Mo when I called this company for read side assistance.
My first call to All State was made by me 2/26/09 @ 1:47 PM and lasted 25 minutes because the CSR said he was having computer problems and asked me to stand by while he dealt with his computer problem.
There were 19 additional calls made relevant to this problem and the last call was made at 4:10 PM when I was finally picked up.
Because of the gross incompetence and willful abuse of All State Road Side Assistance I was left stranded in an active intersection from 1:47 PM until 4:10 PM at which time I was towed by a non All State vendor.
The behavior of All State does not meet minimum standards of conduct for the insurance industry and is inconsistent with the best interest of the insuring public
