I ordered from this company 12/18/08 finding them the cheapest on the web. 2 weeks went by and not a word about my order. Called 5 times always got machine. Checked status on the shipping never updated. Finally got someone on the phone after about the 10th try. Asked what was going on with my order? Said out of stock 3 weeks after I placed my order offered to upgrade me to a better stand. Declined asked for refund. Company had already lost my trust not letting me know after 3 weeks they were out of stock.
My refund took 14 days after a email saying it would be refunded in 24 hours. This company is a sham and has horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. I did file a claim against them to my bank for fraudulent charges as well. They never refunded the full amount they charged me.
Person which whom I had contact with was Julie. Extremely unprofessional and would not give the physical location of the business.
