RIPOFF, item not shipped, charged w/o items in stock, refund offered and 2 weeks later refund not received, not able to get in touch with ANYONE from company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a product from this company on 12/17 and kept receiving emails saying my order status had been updated. Meantime, the status did not change at all and stayed as "awaiting shipment".. I emailed the company on 12/22 to see what was up w / this and they responded on 12/22 saying they didn't have the product in stock "but should be receiving some shortly". Mind you, I was already charged for the item (about $55) on 12/20. Yes, they charge for products that they knowingly do not have in stock. They're an online discount site — guaranteed once they're out of a product, they're out for good. It's not like they are a normal store stocking items like regular..."Mike" a "sr account rep" got in touch and offered a full refund & this was 12/22... I asked for the refund and I still have not been refunded & it's 1/4!!! This company is run by a bunch of theives and is fake — do not order from them — do not go through what I have been through with them. The other thing is that they have a phone #, however, during the holidays, they left a message up saying they shut down the phone line b/c it was too busy during the holidays... Isn't that when phone customer service lines get busy... And places hire extra cs reps to handle the crowds...??? I've been emailing them all day and have not gotten one response. This company is a complete rip-off. I am single-handedly attempting to shut them down. If you'd like to join me, please do everything you can to do so. It's unfortunate for the shmucks running this company that they have absolutely no business know-how, and, at least in my case, are effing with the wrong people... Wow, i feel sorry for this company...
