I took my '98 Audi in because of a metal grinding sound. They told me I needed the rear wheel bearing replaced and with labor and parts it would be $467.92. I called and Audi dealer and was told the part could be picked up same day for $67.22. I called back and asked why the price was so high and was told the part from their stock was $380!!! Are you kidding me as if I was that stupid. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know how to call around and price match. I even asked if I could provide the part and they just do the labor and they told me company policy says they cannot do that and for me to come get my car. Gladly I say! Ha ha buyer beware
