Make payment arrangement and they took my car. Also phone my reference and stated they were calling them and threaten about repo my ca

Drive finanancial, pick up my car. Accepted payment arrangement claim they
gave me extention nothing the mail where i received a lette stating that extention was honor. They have call my references not only leaving a message but letting them know that were going to repo my car. This has cause great embarrsement. Never received any cure letter from drive giving time to make a payment.
