I have been with Drive Fianacial about a year, everything was fine until I got behind by a few days and called to set up a post dated payment for a week later. They said that it would be to late and that I would have to pay for next month even though the next payment wouldn't be due until three more weeks. The guy I talked to was named Jerimiah he said hold on and transfers me to a supervisor Felicia that was the rudest person she is the devil and she that I need to pay for the next month.
I said its not due yet she says well i cant help you with that you next step will be the repo department and I said WHAT! Thats wrong and can you belive she hung up on me. I called back Jermiah answered and I asked for Felicia and he said that she has sent my file for collections. At this time I am upset and almost crying and said what is going on here. He transfer to a man named John in collections and he said that I need to do a moneygram.
This was the day before July 4 the banks were closed and there was a limit to my atm withdrawl and they would not let me use the debit card because it was in my husbands name and he was working and couldnt call to make the payment. So with all that drama i gave up. I was so upset my husband said to forget them they can have that car we don't need it. Which we really dont.
We have bought another vehicle since and have stopped making payments it was in my name and my credit is bad anyways. It funny these people are a bunch of liars they threaten to pick up your car the minute you are late but let me tell you it is going on month number two and the car is still sitting outside waiting to be picked up. They call almost everyday for me to make a payment and all they had to do was be nice and take the payment that I was going to make a whopping 5 days late.
