Business billed 9 nights to get a one day rental, subsequently published another false cost several months later - avoid them
We hired an automobile in the White Plains, NY department and delivered it exactly the same time. Got their computer print-out bill before we quit. That which was a $56. Cost got published at over $500 on our charge card. Bob, the supervisor of the neighborhood department where we hired the vehicle guaranteed instant reimbursement along with a return phone. He never did. Their corporate office delivered our charge card organization fake paperwork to get a 9-time rental having a trademark onto it. We named that individual who did not return our phone. Then we obtained a $75 cost weeks afterwards our declaration.
A brand new supervisor in the nearby department apologized and released a reimbursement for that preliminary overcharge and guaranteed to research the $75 incorrect cost.
