Hydroreactors
I placed my order in early September and as of December 1st I still did not have my product. I finally received it but it did not work. I wrote to Ray on several occasions to file a warranty claim and nobody has replied

I ordered my product in early Sept and as of Dec 1st I still had not received my product. I finally received it but it does not work. No change in mileage and the cells both leak. I have made several attempts to contact Ray at Hydroreactors regarding warranty issues and they ignore my calls.
I decided to request my money back and return the product and they ignore me. Guess I'm out my money
