I ordered a Robokid for my Granddaughter for Christmas. She opened it Christmas morning and it did not work and had a missing reset button.
I notified R/C toys and they told me I had to file a claim through Amazon.com. I filed a claim the day after. I was sent an e mail that they could not honor the warranty because I waited too long (ONE DAY)
I then sent an email telling them it was one day. I received an answer that said they had to stay with the original response.
I sent a first class letter to Amazon.com explaining this and they did not have the courtesy to answer me. They send bad product, wont honor the warranty they give and just ignore you.
This is a company that ships a ton of product but when they send a bad product they won’t stand behind it.
People should not order from them and then get stuck losing money.
