Order Hydroblox, paid by paypal august never delivered or refund

I purchase a Hydroblox Hydrogen Generator from this online company and never received. I received email about 3 weeks ago saying they would ship and delay was due to Hurricane.

I have not received to this date. 62.00 sent as payment by paypal. They no longer accept paypal.

They did say they were contacting legal team to report me for SLANDER. They should report themselves for THEFT. The two who have sent me emails are Ashlee & R. Benefield Art, Hoopeston, Il
